Enrolment packages, containing a great deal of information about our school, e.g. subjects we offer, curriculum, uniform and behaviour policy, etc., are only available, either from the school office or by contacting the Enrolment Officer on (07) 3350 0328 or emailing enrolment@wavellshs.eq.edu.au to have one posted to you.
However, if you only require a Student Enrolment Application Form (PDF, 687KB), it must be completed and signed by Parents/Caregivers together with the student. The following documentation MUST be attached to the application;
Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate and/or Passport
Visa documentation (if applicable)
Copies of the student’s last two (2) End of Semester Reports
Proof of residency (e.g. rate notice, utilities account etc.) if you believe you live in our catchment.

Alternatively, it can be scanned once the application has been signed and emailed to enrolment@wavellshs.eq.edu.au together with supporting documentation as above.
Applications for enrolment are reviewed by the Principal upon receipt. More than three-quarters of enrolments come from beyond the school designated catchment.
Written Notification will be forwarded to you within 10 days of receipt of application. Should your application be for immediate enrolment, you will be contacted by telephone within 48 hours.
Wavell State High School has an enrolment management plan due to the large interest in the school from outside of the designated school catchment.
